ESCA LT bundles our successful USB hardware interface and ESCA 25B system software into a single upgrade package. This upgrade applies to ESCA systems running either SSI Vectra or HP BASIC software. Supply the computer of your choice, laptop or desktop, along with your system 2401/2503 module and SPI will carryout the full upgrade at our facility.  Minimum equipment requirement: Pentium IV computer with >1.0 GHz micro-processor, Windows 2000 or XP OS, 255 MB of RAM.   

Service Physics Inc. will install a USB Adaptor to the 2401/2503 which replaces the existing buffer memory providing control of the Spectrometer Power Supply, Charge Neutralizer, Ion Gun and Aperture through a single control cable.  SPI will also install the ESCA 25B software and test the full upgrade package on our ESCA.  Purchaser re-fits the 2401/2503 module to their electronics rack, connects the USB Adaptor to the computer and the system is ready to use!
